today out walking my dog i slipped on ice, pitched backwards down the slope i was walking up and ended up dunking my back in a half-melted puddle of freezing cold muddy water. i’ve twisted my ankle, knocked my slipped disc and banged the back of my head on a rock so hard i now have a migraine
